I love sleep—I always have. So when my son's sleep fell apart at 18 months, it affected everything: my health, happiness, and even my ability to cope with daily life. Exhausted, pregnant, and dealing with my own health struggles, I knew something had to change.

I turned to my PhD in Regenerative Medicine and experience as a senior scientist, using research-backed strategies to rebuild my son’s sleep from the ground up. It worked. And by four months, my second baby was sleeping through the night too, giving me back my evenings—and my sanity.
